La Casa del Torero is a 24-hectare estate designed by and for a bullfighter, following the model of a fighting bull ranch whose facilities are still in use today: pens, a bullring with its typical gallery and burladero.
Situated on one of the hills facing the white village of Vejer, the house offers privileged views over the Laguna de La Janda, the Barbate marshes and, on clear days, the coast of Morocco across the Strait of Gibraltar
Conceived as an authentic bullfighting estate, La Casa del Torero preserves its ranching essence while becoming an accessible luxury retreat. Its centuries-old olive trees, bullring and pens are silent witnesses to generations of Andalusian tradition.
Since 2019 the property has also operated as an exclusive accommodation, combining the soul of the fighting bull estate with the highest standards of contemporary comfort.
From the moment you arrive, everything is designed so you don't have to think about anything. The estate, the countryside, the views and the absolute tranquillity are the best hosts.
A private chef who prepares the finest local produce every day, with fresh vegetables from our own kitchen garden. Mediterranean cuisine with a delicate French touch — simple in appearance, memorable on the plate.
